Gladstone Primary Academy follows Local Authority guidance on attendance and absence. Our current policy is in line with the Local Authority, and has been reviewed for 2024-25.  A copy of our policy can be found below.

Holidays during the school term are not permitted.  If you intend to take your child out of school during term time you must contact the school at least 2 weeks beforehand and arrange to meet with our Assistant Headteacher, Mr Fountain, to discuss this.  

If your child is unwell the below guidance will help you work out if they are well enough to be in school.
